Day 16: Believe it or not, I can actually draw.
Although it doesn't look like it from this! Flowers, grass, trees, landscapes, skyscapes - they don't really interest me. I can appreciate a gorgeous sunset, adore the vibrant colours of flowers, but putting pencil to paper and communicating it is so dull! Sometimes I go to galleries and see people who have drawn flowers - perfect, stunning, bold, bright - yet ALWAYS predictable.
Sadly to apply to a scholarship I had to draw a small piece based on either flowers, sunsets or gardens - my most hated inspirations O.O The outcome? Three failed attempts, 2 weeks of panic and then one night having to stay up to 3am to scribble out a last desperate attempt at something half decent before posting it next day delivery (in order to NOT miss the deadline) to someone who probably won't shell out ?1000 for it in the 'hopes' that I'll go onto bigger and better things...
HOPEFULLY, hopefully *fingers cross* they will see a little something.
